- 1-2 years demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams preferred
- Expert knowledge of GMP regulations, ICH guidelines, and pharmacopeia standards
- Strong proficiency with analytical instrumentation, LIMS, and quality documentation systems
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
