What you'll be doing

- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to achieve staffing level targets
- Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers throughout selection process
- Maintain candidate pools, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting activity records
- Conduct interview training for managers and advise on sourcing methodology and diversity practices
