Role summary
ResMed seeks a senior Talent Acquisition Lead to direct recruitment for Product and Technology roles across North America. This hybrid-based position involves leading complex senior searches, managing a small regional team, and advising leadership on talent strategy and market intelligence.

- Practical proficiency with data and AI tools to identify delivery risks and inform talent strategy
What you'll be doing
- Lead recruitment delivery for Product and Technology hiring across North America, with focus on San Diego and Atlanta regions
- Serve as principal recruiter for complex senior searches from intake through offer strategy and candidate engagement
- Manage, coach and develop a team of TA Partners across USA and Canada, maintaining quality and commercial focus
- Advise senior leaders and People Business Partners on talent markets, pipeline health, assessment quality and hiring risk
- Lead monthly pipeline reviews with clear actions, market coverage visibility and attention to diversity and aging roles
