Behavioral interviewing and AIRS or relevant certifications preferred

What you'll be doing

Lead and motivate experienced recruiter team to acquire top talent aligned with strategic objectives
Own end-to-end recruiting processes including sourcing, assessment, offer, and onboarding
Influence and partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and identify role success factors
Embrace new technologies to improve candidate experience, quality of hire, and time to fill
Provide feedback and coaching to team members while ensuring proper workload distribution and service standards
