- Experience with GXP compliance, SOX, and CFR Part 11 preferred

- Administer and manage cloud-based systems including Microsoft 365 suite and specialized applications
- Conduct IT onboarding for new hires and offboarding for departing employees and contractors
- Document technical resolutions, maintain support tickets, and create automated Zendesk workflows
- Support on-premise networking, audiovisual, and wireless infrastructure solutions
