Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud PLM modules: Product Development, Product Data Hub, Innovation Management
Hands-on experience with Oracle Application Composer, OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud
Knowledge of validated systems and regulatory compliance, including 21 CFR Part 11
Proven L2/L3 production support and troubleshooting experience for PLM applications
Functional understanding of PLM business processes: Part Management, Document Management, CAD Management, Change Management

What you'll be doing

Support validated and non-validated production systems by resolving access, incident, and change requests
Provide technical expertise to build effective, scalable PLM solutions aligned with organizational standards
Troubleshoot and monitor production and non-production environments for system stability
Gather business requirements, perform solution analysis, and participate in solution design and deployment
Drive continuous improvement and enable support teams to resolve issues efficiently
