Role summary
Stryker seeks an experienced Supply Planner to manage supply planning for a designated product portfolio in Cork, Ireland. - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Accountancy, or related field
- 2-3 years of supply planning, production planning, or related supply chain experience
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or OMP
- Strong Excel skills and experience with planning and reporting tools
- Solid understanding of supply planning principles and inventory management
- APICS/CSCP certification or active pursuit preferred
- Manufacturing, consumer goods, or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain mid- to short-term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and capacity constraints
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics including inventory turns, service level, and plan adherence
- Identify supply risks and constraints; propose and support mitigation actions across teams
- Maintain ERP planning parameters such as lead times, minimum order quantities, and safety stock levels
- Support S&OP process with data inputs, assumptions, and scenario modeling; take financial accountability for assigned portfolio inventory
Compensation€47,000 - €77,000 EUR annual
