What you'll be doing
- Coordinate global clinical supply shipments to depots and investigator sites while monitoring inventory levels and material movements
- Process and manage stock transfers, returns, and inventory adjustments while maintaining accurate documentation and data integrity
- Liaise with depots, couriers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to execute timely shipments and resolve issues
- Generate, review, and analyze supply chain performance data and operational metrics to support business decisions
- Support compliance activities including audits, inspections, and adherence to cGMP and regulatory requirements
