Role summary
This senior associate role focuses on compliance management for Amgen's external supply chain planning operations based in Hyderabad. What you'll be doing
- Establish and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and compliance documentation for External Planning organization
- Manage training requirements, track completion, and ensure closure of overdue training items
- Support internal and external audits, track CAPAs, and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Own deviation and change control records, ensuring timely initiation, routing, and closure
- Monitor compliance performance metrics and provide leadership with trending insights and improvement plans
