Role summary
This role involves managing governance and performance oversight of clinical trial service providers, including CROs and functional service providers, to ensure compliant and efficient delivery supporting Amgen's clinical trials. The position requires leading oversight committees, monitoring supplier performance through KPIs, managing risks, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and strengthen supplier relationships. The successful candidate will have clinical research experience in biopharmaceuticals, knowledge of GCP and FDA regulations, and strong project management skills.
