Role summary
Sustaining supplier engineering role focused on ensuring suppliers meet quality, delivery, and service standards. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years in supplier engineering, development, quality, or related field

- Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485 regulatory standards
- Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably SAP), Excel, and technical documentation
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate supplier technical, quality, and business capabilities
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with commodity engineers to resolve technical issues affecting supplier deliveries and supply continuity
- Lead root-cause analyses, develop corrective and preventive actions, and manage implementation plans
- Conduct part qualification activities including pFMEAs, FAI, Cpk analysis, and control plan development
- Drive supplier improvement initiatives using project management, Six Sigma, Lean, and SPC methodologies
- Prepare quality deliverables, supplier scorecards, and communicate performance metrics to management
