Role summary
Bio-Techne seeks a Shipping and Fulfillment Supervisor to lead daily outbound pick, pack, and ship operations in Minneapolis. The role oversees 10-15 employees, manages labor planning and scheduling, and ensures accurate, timely order fulfillment while maintaining compliance and quality standards in a regulated biotech environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 4-6 years warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment operations experience with leadership responsibilities
- Proven leadership and employee coaching abilities in fast-paced environments
- Experience with labor planning, workforce scheduling, and overtime management
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/Warehouse Management Systems
- Knowledge of DOT, Hazmat, and IATA shipping regulations
What you'll be doing
- Supervise and develop a team of shipping administrators, team leads, warehouse associates, and temporary staff
- Lead all outbound pick, pack, and ship operations while monitoring productivity, quality, and service metrics
- Plan daily labor allocation and develop short and long-term workforce forecasts to meet business demands
- Investigate shipping deviations, customer complaints, and non-conformances; implement corrective actions with Quality
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and Distribution teams on shipment prioritization and execution
Compensation$30.80 - $42.35 per hour
