Experience in operational planning, production planning, or manufacturing operations
Strong analytical skills with ability to drive data-informed decision-making
Fluent in English; Dutch language is advantageous
Demonstrated process improvement and problem-solving capabilities in operational settings

What you'll be doing

Lead, coach and develop planning team through performance management, talent development and regular feedback
Support daily planning activities to ensure production schedules align with business priorities and are achievable
Partner with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics and Engineering to address planning challenges and maintain production flow
Monitor work-in-progress, production progress and schedule adherence, taking corrective action on risks
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes, systems and cross-team collaboration
