Lead, coach, and develop East Coast quality inspection team members
Oversee incoming inspection execution for raw materials, components, and consumables
Ensure material disposition is timely, compliant, and supports manufacturing operations
Maintain regulatory compliance with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, IVDR and prepare for audits and inspections
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement global quality procedures at site level
