Role summary
Supervise clinical laboratory personnel in a high-throughput, CLIA/CAP-certified diagnostics facility. This role involves day-to-day staff management, technical coordination of sample processing, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality requirements.

What you'll be doing
- Supervise lab personnel and manage daily scheduling, task assignments, and workflow coordination
- Coordinate high-quality specimen processing using molecular biology techniques and quality oversight
- Conduct staff orientation, training, and maintain competency verification for all clinical personnel
- Monitor equipment maintenance, resolve technical issues, and maintain test performance specifications
- Ensure compliance with EHS policies and escalate safety and regulatory concerns to management
