- 3–6 years progressive Accounts Payable or P2P experience with minimum 2 years in people management or leadership
- Strong knowledge of global P2P models, SOX, GDPR, and tax implications including VAT and withholding tax
- Demonstrated experience managing large distributed teams in shared services or multinational environments
- Proven ability to lead process optimization, automation, and change management initiatives
- ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba) and familiarity with payment and invoice automation tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with vendor relationship expertise
What you'll be doing
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to global AP teams across multiple regions and locations
- Oversee end-to-end AP operations including invoice processing, payments, and vendor query resolution
- Develop and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and performance dashboards to drive operational excellence
- Drive process standardization and automation initiatives including RPA and AI-enabled OCR implementations
- Lead team development, coaching, and mentoring while identifying future leadership talent
