Role summary

Insmed seeks a summer intern for its Global Healthcare Compliance team to support the design and implementation of AI tools and compliance initiatives. This 12-week, full-time paid internship offers hands-on experience in healthcare compliance operations, regulatory frameworks, and emerging technology applications within the biopharmaceutical industry.

What they're looking for

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree (including JD or PhD)
  • Interest in compliance, law, technology, data science, or related pharmaceutical/healthcare field
  • Strong willingness to learn healthcare compliance regulations and AI applications
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations such as False Claims Act or Anti-Kickback Statute
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in artificial intelligence through coursework or projects
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail

What you'll be doing

  • Design and develop AI tools and agents supporting healthcare compliance operations and HCP interactions
  • Assist with compliance monitoring, record reviews, and process improvement to mitigate compliance risks
  • Contribute to Voice Our Values program by creating resources reinforcing ethical conduct
  • Support compliance projects including training development, policies, standard operating procedures, and special initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across departments and geographies on compliance initiatives and present capstone project to leadership
Compensation$20.00-$35.00 hourly
