What you'll be doing

Build interactive Power BI dashboards to visualize device performance, service metrics, and clinical trends
Analyze data from SQL Server, Excel, and cloud platforms to identify patterns and support decision-making
Collaborate with field operations managers and clinical engineers to define KPIs and reporting requirements
Develop and apply predictive models to optimize technician dispatching and reduce service downtime
Present data insights to cross-functional teams and support strategic discussions
