Proficiency with digital tools including Teams, Power BI, and AI applications
Understanding of healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry preferred

What you'll be doing

Partner with Cluster President and leadership team to define, prioritize, and execute strategic agenda
Lead CAMCAR Scorecard development and drive data-driven performance monitoring and recommendations
Coordinate governance forums, business reviews, and strategic discussions to ensure accountability
Champion digital adoption, advanced analytics, and AI opportunities to improve business outcomes
Support organizational transformation and process optimization initiatives across the cluster
