Role summary
Lead sourcing and supplier management for the ISS X-Ray Generation portfolio, overseeing 30+ global suppliers with $65M in annual spend. Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and partner with suppliers across product development and lifecycle management.

- Lead supplier analysis, selection, and contract award decisions using procurement tools and market insights
- Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with suppliers to manage risk and ensure favorable terms
- Establish strategic supplier partnerships and drive early engagement in new product introduction programs
- Monitor and report on supplier performance, cost analytics, and supply chain metrics throughout contract lifecycle
