Role summary
Merit Medical seeks a Strategic Reimbursement Manager to develop and execute US reimbursement strategies across multiple products and therapy areas. The role partners cross-functionally with clinical, regulatory, marketing, and sales teams to optimize market access, manage payer relationships, and reduce barriers to therapy adoption.

- Execute and optimize US reimbursement strategies supporting business objectives across prioritized products
- Provide reimbursement guidance to product development and cross-functional teams
- Analyze reimbursement landscapes and develop coding, coverage, and payment pathways
- Build and maintain relationships with payers, government agencies, and professional societies
- Design and deliver reimbursement education for internal and external stakeholders
