What you'll be doing

Drive reagent revenue growth and defend customer retention across laboratory account portfolio
Develop and execute strategic account plans for Autoimmunity and Allergy diagnostic portfolios
Lead regular Customer Business Reviews with internal partners to evaluate metrics and identify growth opportunities
Serve as primary point of contact between customer stakeholders and Thermo Fisher commercial teams
Identify utilization opportunities and strengthen long-term partnerships through value-based engagement

Compensation$71,300–$107,000 base salary plus variable annual bonus
