Role summary
Staff-level software/firmware engineer position at Beckman Coulter (Danaher Life Sciences) in Suzhou, China. Develops embedded firmware and software for flow cytometry instruments, working across the full product lifecycle from requirements through release.

- Deep expertise in embedded development and real-time operating systems

- Develop firmware across complete lifecycle including requirements, design, implementation, and product release
- Translate customer needs into embedded system and firmware specifications with marketing and product teams
- Collaborate with electronic and software engineering teams to ensure designs meet product specifications
- Design and solve complex embedded problems using broad perspectives to identify innovative solutions
- Lead functional teams or projects and mentor others; work independently on complex technical challenges
