- Proven track record leading cost reduction, supplier development, or process improvement initiatives
- Procurement and supplier negotiation experience balancing technical, quality, and commercial factors
What you'll be doing
- Lead global sourcing and supplier strategy for electro-mechanical commodity portfolio including motors, sensors, and assemblies
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D teams to align sourcing with product and business objectives
- Evaluate supplier processes, capabilities, automation, and quality systems for selection and development
- Drive value engineering, design-to-cost modeling, and innovation initiatives to reduce total cost
- Support new product introductions, supplier qualification, dual-sourcing, and risk mitigation across manufacturing sites
