Build and maintain monitoring and observability platform for hundreds of thousands of desktop and browser extension installations
Define metrics and signals measuring recorder reliability, data capture health, and system availability
Own backend ingestion services connecting data capture to processing and AI pipelines, focusing on scale and reliability
Design, deploy, and operate production services in AWS, using observability to identify and resolve failures
Lead cross-team technical initiatives and establish technical direction for Workflow Mapping client platform roadmap
