- Own technical direction of GenAI and multimodal agent capabilities across voice, text, and vision modalities
- Architect stateful agentic systems with deterministic safety boundaries and well-defined component interfaces
- Design layered guardrails and mitigation strategies for stochastic model behavior in clinical contexts
- Establish comprehensive evaluation standards for multimodal systems covering accuracy, robustness, and conversational quality
- Mentor junior engineers and communicate AI constraints to product, clinical, and regulatory teams
