What you'll be doing

Develop and deliver technical sales training across product, application, and workflow topics using multiple modalities
Facilitate in-person new-hire onboarding including technical instruction, hands-on learning, and assessments
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to identify learning needs and align training with commercial strategy
Create scalable, globally relevant learning content and tools in collaboration with regional partners
Evaluate learner proficiency and continuously improve training based on feedback and assessment data
