What you'll be doing

Design and implement secure, scalable multi-tenant database architectures for healthcare SaaS applications
Develop data models and storage solutions for sensitive healthcare data including PHI and PII/PPI
Architect systems for high availability, disaster recovery, and comprehensive auditability
Lead data migrations and integrations with EHR/EMR systems and third-party healthcare platforms
Monitor systems for data integrity, breaches, and anomalous access patterns
