Lead optimization, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of commercial microbial, viral, and cell culture manufacturing processes
Serve as technical leader for complex manufacturing investigations and provide scientific direction for resolving production challenges
Lead technology transfer activities between manufacturing sites and ensure process knowledge transfer and manufacturing readiness
Direct cross-functional teams in process improvement, validation, characterization, and manufacturing robustness initiatives
Develop, implement, and evaluate new technologies, manufacturing platforms, and automation solutions to improve process capability
