Experience with lab systems such as Empower, BIOVIA, MODA, GLIMS, or Scitara DLX preferred
Familiarity with change control processes and digital SDLC tools (Veeva, Kneat, Jira, Confluence)

What you'll be doing

Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify business needs, pain points, and desired outcomes
Analyze current and future-state business processes; define optimized workflows aligned to digital strategies
Author and maintain requirements documentation including BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
Define test cases and acceptance criteria; support UAT planning and execution
Maintain requirements traceability from design through testing, validation, and deployment phases
