What you'll be doing

Support product owner in establishing outcomes, maintaining backlogs, and forecasting delivery capacity
Coach developers on Scrum framework, Definition of Done, and testing practices
Establish team working standards, event structures, and quality definitions
Analyze and report on metrics including throughput, cycle time, defect rate, and customer satisfaction
Remove organizational and team impediments; facilitate conflict resolution and continuous improvement
