Role summary
Abbott Cancer Diagnostics seeks a senior scientific data engineer to design and deliver data platform solutions for cancer research and diagnostic development. The role involves building Python-based tools, pipelines, and workflows to help researchers manage genomic, clinical, and experimental data across heterogeneous sources. The engineer will partner with scientists and technical teams to establish data standards, implement validation frameworks, and support end-to-end platform capabilities.

- Establish data organization standards and harmonization patterns across disparate sources
