Role summary
Agilent seeks a senior SAP finance professional with 12+ years of ECC and S/4HANA FICO expertise to lead complex finance transformation programs. The role encompasses end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of finance modules including intercompany and group reporting, with responsibility for translating business strategy into scalable SAP solutions and managing enterprise-level projects such as M&A integrations.
What they're looking for
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- 12+ years of SAP FICO experience in ECC and S/4HANA environments
- Deep expertise in 2-3 finance sub-functions such as Intercompany, RAR, or Fixed Assets
- Strong understanding of end-to-end processes: Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash
- Proven experience leading global implementations and managing multi-geo finance teams
- SAP certifications in S/4HANA Finance and Group Reporting preferred
- Experience migrating from Oracle EPM Suite to S/4HANA Group Reporting highly preferred

- Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of complex SAP FICO and S/4HANA finance transformation programs
- Translate business strategies into structured SAP process flows and scalable solutions
- Drive data migration, cutover planning, and system testing for ECC to S/4 transitions
- Serve as functional and technical lead for finance-related SAP initiatives, representing all finance stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and lead project teams through delivery lifecycle
