- Lead cross-functional subject matter expert teams to prepare formal responses to global outsourcing and preferred provider RFI requests
- Perform quality control edits on all documents and work products
- Identify, test, and implement process enhancements for RFI information storage and retrieval systems
- Maintain currency in company management and research databases; conduct company and competitor research
