- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain high analytical accuracy
What you'll be doing
- Prepare quality documents and conduct appropriate design reviews for product development
- Monitor product, process, and package quality performance; identify issues and lead corrective actions
- Lead risk assessments, identify mitigations, and drive implementation across functional teams
- Define design criteria, balance quality with other requirements, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Train and mentor Project Leaders and Associate Project Leaders; support onboarding of new team members
