Role summary
Catalent seeks a Senior Program Manager for its Princeton, New Jersey cell therapy manufacturing facility. The role involves overseeing deviation, CAPA, and change control programs while leading cross-functional teams to meet program objectives within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Bachelor of Science in Science or Engineering, or equivalent education and experience
- 7+ years of direct project management and/or pharmaceutical industry experience
- Project Management Professional certification or equivalent coursework preferred
- Working knowledge of biologics fermentation, cell culture, purification, and analytics
- Professional experience in biologics, biotechnology, or pharma preferred
- Experience managing commercial programs preferred
What you'll be doing
- Lead and oversee Deviation, CAPA, and Change Control programs ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards
- Manage full lifecycle of investigations and CAPAs including root cause analysis and effectiveness checks
- Serve as site Subject Matter Expert for Quality Systems providing guidance and compliance training
- Monitor quality metrics and trends, drive process improvements, and lead cross-functional governance forums
- Support regulatory inspections, customer audits, and foster a culture of quality and operational excellence
Compensation$160,000–$170,000 base plus bonus
