Role summary
Senior technical advisor for IQVIA's SCION Delivery Platform, responsible for complex issue triage, root cause analysis, and customer-facing support across production and non-production environments. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years in product/platform support or SaaS operations; 3-4 years in senior/lead role
- Experience supporting highly available, multi-tenant SaaS platforms
- Strong knowledge of Python (FastAPI) and Node.js for production debugging
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
What you'll be doing
- Perform advanced incident triage, root cause analysis, and permanent remediation for SDP platform issues
- Support QA, UAT, and production go-lives including pre-release readiness and post-release validation
- Provide technical guidance to customers and stakeholders; ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution
- Drive improvements in support processes, monitoring, alerting, and incident response procedures
- Analyze application logs, metrics, and database interactions to diagnose performance and reliability issues
