Role summary

- Proven ability to deliver products connecting multiple systems with measurable business impact

What you'll be doing
- Serve as Workday subject matter expert and solutions architect for Core HCM initiatives
- Lead end-to-end Workday delivery including requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Partner with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to align architecture with business outcomes
- Conduct system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal reliability and user experience
- Maintain compliance with GDPR, OFCCP, and Sarbanes Oxley controls in Workday environment
