What you'll be doing
- Partner with service designers and cross-functional teams to develop and operationalize new services with standard operating procedures and quality measures

- Manage third-party service vendors, contracts, negotiations, and service-level agreements as primary internal contact
- Coordinate service data collection and customer feedback with Voice of Customer teams to identify improvements and resolve issues
- Lead, develop, and support team members through clear priorities, delegation, performance feedback, and accountability culture
