Role summary
Moderna seeks a Senior Manager of Finance for its Mexico operations to serve as both finance lead and authorized legal representative. What you'll be doing
- Act as authorized legal representative for Moderna Mexico with power of attorney and e-Firma custody
- Co-lead tax registration, filings, and communications with Mexican tax and labor authorities
- Oversee monthly accounting obligations, bank reconciliations, and statutory financial reporting
- Coordinate payroll processing, social security filings, and employer obligation compliance
- Establish and manage local banking relationships and enforce internal controls over payments and approvals
