Role summary
Senior Manager of Finance leading commercial finance business partnering and PMO activities for Cytiva's GenMed operations in China. The role combines financial leadership with transformation program management, supporting strategic decision-making and driving profitable growth across the region.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive finance, business partnering, FP&A, or commercial finance experience in multinational settings
- Strong business acumen connecting financial performance to commercial and operational drivers
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs and transformation initiatives
- Proficiency in China GAAP and preferably US GAAP
- Advanced skills in Microsoft 365, Power BI, Microsoft Project, and project collaboration tools
- Fluent written and verbal communication in Mandarin and English
What you'll be doing
- Partner with OpCo GM and leadership to drive business performance, strategic decisions, and profitable growth
- Lead planning cycles including annual operating plans, forecasts, and long-range strategic planning
- Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives and transformation programs across Cytiva China with defined governance and reporting
- Drive performance management by translating financial data into actionable insights and recommending growth initiatives
- Improve financial processes, forecasting accuracy, and business analytics through automation and digitalization
