Role summary
Senior Manager role overseeing SAP ERP and Datahub systems for DePuy Synthes Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. Leads operational excellence, process standardization, and digital finance solutions across a complex matrixed organization with team management responsibilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- 8–10 years progressive experience in SAP Finance, Datahub support, or financial technology with leadership responsibility
- Manufacturing, production, or supply chain finance experience in complex organizations
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, risk management, Datahub design, and enterprise data governance
- Demonstrated expertise driving process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Team leadership experience preferred; SAP S/4HANA and BW/4HANA experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Design, implement, and support DPS CFIN, S/4, and Datahub functions including replication, finance modules, and data models
- Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across finance processes
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls, compliance, and governance protocols
- Lead and develop high-performing team while fostering cross-functional Finance and IT collaboration
- Provide senior financial insights, dashboards, and strategic analysis to support operational decision-making
