What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Master's preferred
- 10+ years in enterprise application delivery, product management, or technology leadership in regulated industries
- Deep expertise with Loftware Cloud and/or Loftware Cloud Clinical Trials platforms
- Strong understanding of enterprise labeling ecosystems and integrations with ERP, PLM, MES, WMS systems
- Knowledge of GxP, UDI, MDR, validation, electronic records/signatures, and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to lead complex global initiatives, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and manage vendor partnerships
- Experience prioritizing backlogs, defining requirements, and collaborating with engineering teams on solution design
What you'll be doing
- Define and execute Global Labeling product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business and regulatory objectives
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement
- Partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Technology teams to drive roadmap execution and resolve dependencies
- Establish governance standards for label templates, content management, translations, version control, and change management
- Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and adoption initiatives across global business functions
