- Data science, machine learning, and AI experience required
- Working fluency with modern AI tools to build prototypes and wireframes independently
What you'll be doing
- Define and drive vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI, Data Analytics & Reporting Product Area
- Translate operational challenges into product opportunities by liaising between GCS and Digital teams
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through delivery and continuous improvement
- Establish and track KPIs and OKRs to measure product adoption and business impact
- Lead cross-functional product teams including engineers, designers, and data specialists
