Senior manager position leading the Plainville Bioprocess Design Center as a customer-facing technical platform. - Engage customers to understand processes and challenges; translate needs into practical solutions and opportunities
- Deliver customer-facing service projects with technical excellence and accelerate product adoption through demonstrations and validation
