Role summary

Dyno Therapeutics seeks a senior machine learning engineer to build and scale ML infrastructure, training systems, and agentic AI workflows for genetic medicine research. 5+ years professional software development experience for machine learning systems

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes containerization

Experience designing and owning technically complex systems end-to-end
Ability to contribute to technical direction through design and documentation

What you'll be doing

Build modular and portable ML training systems for protein design model development
Improve scalability and performance of ML training and inference infrastructure
Optimize model performance using GPU profiling and accelerated computing frameworks
Develop agentic AI workflows to increase research velocity and maintain safety
Partner with AI scientists and engineers to translate research into production systems
