Role summary
Illumina seeks a Senior Learning Experience Designer to create and enhance learning programs that build employee and leadership capability. What you'll be doing
- Develop and improve learning experiences supporting leadership, manager, and employee development priorities
- Create blended learning journeys with instructor-led, digital, experiential, and self-directed components
- Produce practical resources including guides, job aids, toolkits, and microlearning content
- Analyze learner feedback and engagement data to identify and implement content improvements
- Coordinate learning deliverables, timelines, and vendor activities for assigned initiatives
