- Own all sales and account management for assigned electron microscopy products to pharma and biotech sites in territory
- Define and implement account strategy for global key accounts and top 30 pharma companies
- Maintain quarterly booking forecasts and provide regular management visibility and updates
- Coordinate system demonstrations with application engineers and manage user group activities
- Manage product issues in field through collaboration with account services and application engineers for resolution
