Role summary
Senior HR Generalist role supporting Southern Europe operations for Cepheid, a Danaher diagnostics company. What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years HR operations, shared services, employee relations, or generalist experience
- Ability to independently resolve sensitive, ambiguous, or escalated HR matters with sound judgment
- Strong proficiency with HRIS, case management systems, and reporting tools
- Fluent in French and English; Spanish language proficiency preferred
- Experience supporting multiple countries or employee representative consultation processes preferred
What you'll be doing
- Resolve sensitive and escalated HR cases spanning employee lifecycle, policy interpretation, performance, and relations matters
- Advise people leaders on documentation, process requirements, risk considerations, and compliance within established policies
- Partner with HR teams and legal resources to ensure effective escalation, handoffs, and consistent case resolution
- Support France and Spain employee representative consultation processes including meeting coordination and action tracking
- Coordinate global commercial HR projects including performance analytics, headcount tracking, and process improvements
