Role summary
Senior HR Generalist supporting HR Business Partners at Masimo (Danaher operating company) in delivering comprehensive HR services across the employee lifecycle. This on-site Irvine position manages employee relations, compliance, performance management, and organizational changes while reporting to VP Talent Leadership & Engagement.

- Serve as primary HR contact for employees and managers on policies and day-to-day matters
- Independently manage employee relations issues including investigations, performance concerns, and separations
- Coach managers on performance management, feedback, documentation, and policy application
- Execute onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring compliance and positive experience
- Manage employee lifecycle changes with accuracy including promotions, transfers, and compensation adjustments
